New Ibiza Debuts at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show
The Geneva Motor Show is a very special even for all car manufacturers around the world. But this year’s show was particularly special for all of us here at SEAT as the brand new Ibiza Mk5 was revealed to the world.
Our newest model of the widely popular Ibiza has been built specifically to take the fiercely competitive supermini market by storm. The cars safety, design, performance and comfort levels are all designed to make every second of your drive an enjoyable experience. We understand that every driver is different, so the all-new design and the notable addition of modern technology throughout the interior means that you can now tailor your SEAT Ibiza to suit your own driving style.
The newest model is 87mm wider than the previous car as well as the wheelbase being 95mm longer meaning there is far more room inside the car itself. Despite firmly asserting the Ibiza on the supermini market, we have made these subtle changes to the overall model of the car to ensure that you get as much interior space as possible.
The Ibiza is lighter and far more rigid than the previous model and will increase the handling, performance and the fuel economy of the vehicle.
We are proud to be able to offer customers a choice of engines throughout the UK range. We have the 1.0-litre TSI as well as a 1.6-litre TDI diesel which will be available. The choice of engine combined with the four models that will make up the UK line (the S, SE, FR and Xcellence) means that the interchangeability and choice we are able to offer with the new Ibiza is like never before. The concept of the drive being personal to each driver has never been more predominant on the supermini market.
The new Ibiza is scheduled to arrive in the UK in the month of July and everybody here at Miller and Middleton, as well as the rest of the SEAT team in the UK, are incredibly excited and proud to have such a phenomenal car in our showroom.
