SEAT remain committed to music by partnering with world famous music festival, Lollapalooza. The major urban music festival is in its fourth year of running in Europe and appeared in Paris from 21 to 22 July with acts such as Depeche Mode, Gorillaz and The Killers headlining.
The Paris event drew a crowd of over 110,000 as SEAT were present as official sponsors for the first time. But the focus wasn’t solely on the music, there was some incredible street art on display. With the collaboration of SEAT, there was the introduction of the ‘Creative Wall’, a stunning mural designed by international graphic artists.
The birth of the Creative Wall also saw the beginning of the SEAT Village; a relaxed open space allowing those in attendance to experience the chill out zone, phone charging points and free wifi.
The Paris edition of the festival was a great success, but SEAT will now set their sights to the Berlin edition of Lollapalooza on the 8 and 9 September where SEAT will be the official main sponsors of the event.
Those in attendance at Berlin will be able to enjoy performances from The Weeknd, Kraftwerk 3D, Imagine Dragons and David Guetta. These star acts will be performing on a special grandstand installed by SEAT in front of the main stage.
There is also a scheme that has been put in place by SEAT that will allow children to drive scale size models of SEAT cars in the Kidzapalooza area, that has been set up to give youngsters their own space during the enormous festival. There will also be music and activities available in the Kidzapalooza space.

This collaboration with Lollapalooza is yet another step forward for SEAT in their quest to become synonymous with music and street art. Combining the ground-breaking collaboration between SEAT and Shazam and SEAT’s partnership with internationally renowned festival Primavera Sound, SEAT are making moves to cement themselves as market leaders when it comes to car manufacturing and music.
